At Avanzar Consulting, I work with clients to co-create environments in which people thrive. Working with not-for-profit organisations and small business owners who want to make a positive impact, creating a profit and enjoying what they do, business coaching packages are tailored to suit the organisation or owner needs.
Offerings range from strategy sessions to workshop facilitation, to extended series of coaching program (with the option of profiling) to meet your needs. To get started, simply book a complimentary session to discuss your requirements and explore what is possible to work together.
If you are a Small Business Start-up or looking to establish a start-up, the business canvas toolkit is the perfect way to kick off your venture with your true core as the driver of your business and ultimate success. A targeted package is available just for this scenario that will take you through a series of one-one sessions to identify your core values and align your product and service offerings to connect with this inner core. Setting your business up from the inside out will always ensure success as you are connected and aligned to your true self.

Organisational change or strategic initiative
Using fundamental project and change management expertise, Rowena will partner with organisations on their change journey to ensure their objectives are met.
Packages are tailored to suit the organisation needs with the agreement being established within the initial single session.
Package options can include: FREE Introductory Session, coaching sessions each month, personalised action plans, half day self-care intensive, personal communication style discovery, and phone or email support throughout duration of engagement.
Coaching packages are approximately $1200/month for 3-12 months depending on agreed contract requirements. A quote and agreement process are conducted after the initial free discovery session.
Professional services can include Strategy and Business Plan development or review, Stakeholder Engagement planning, Business Process Improvement, or Project / Program Management. On site days working within a project team (to a maximum of 25 hours a week) can also be negotiated.
